What a great summer read was The Bayou Heist! It really had me rooting for the underdog characters while trying to solve the mystery - the end was the icing on the cupcake - pun intended!

I enjoyed Bayou Heist. It was filled with memorable characters and settings. It kept me turning pages and with twists and turns that I didn't expect. With locations from the South to Middle East and a cast of characters with interesting pasts, it was a delight to read.

The Bayou Heist is a perfect read for a weekend getaway or a long flight. I enjoyed the book’s high paced energy. This mystery kept me wondering who/what/why, so I had to keep reading. Eve Marie is skilled at developing unique characters that are interesting and kept the plot moving quickly. You won’t be bored. In fact, you’ll want to speed read to the end!

When I read a few chapters, I was hooked! Eve has a way of story telling and really makes you think. Such a great book!

Eve Marie shows her knowledge of her settings, painting a clear picture for the reader. Also, her characters are very well developed. Good mystery for summer reading!
